Board Members

At the Florida Board of Medicine’s December 4, 2020 board meeting, the members re-elected Zachariah P. Zachariah, M.D., to serve as Chair of the Board for 2021. Dr. Zachariah is a cardiologist practicing in Ft. Lauderdale. He has served on the Board at various times for over 30 years and has served as Chair many times. Dr. Zachariah’s leadership, knowledge and his history with the Board, are invaluable assets to ensuring that the Board of Medicine successfully carries out its duties and responsibilities and protect the citizens of Florida, especially during these difficult times.
